I've always gone to Joe's for everything after a convincing referral from my boyfriend and my father (which says a lot given that there is little that my dad can't fix when it comes to cars). They've always done well when it came to routine maintenance with my Pontiac and got me a quick diagnosis after I blew a head gasket. They were kind enough to quote for that repair and run a second diagnostic--per my request--to see what else needed to be repaired on my 23-year-old car. Even though I wasn't able to shell out the cost of the repairs (simply not worth spending the $$$ on such an old vehicle) they were lovely and understanding as I had it towed off their lot. Brooke was especially kindhearted and made everything easy for me to understand (which takes a special talent because I am often clueless when it comes to car related anything). I look forward to coming back for routine care on my Veloster.

I can't say enough about Joe's Car & Truck Repair - 5 Stars and then some!!! Everybody there is absolutely amazing. They always manage to get me in and out quickly. I have used Joe's quite a few times, always been pretty happy with the service...sometimes had a few hiccups but I have to say I just had service done yesterday...I had an oil change and some miscellaneous maintenance done on my Kia. My air conditioner stopped working late last year so I wanted to get a diagnostic done on it as well. Brooke took care of me on the front end. I can't even express the professional care and stellar customer service I received from her yesterday. I did not have to call and check in on my vehicle at all ( a first ever) instead, received 4 phone calls on diagnostic on AC, estimate and oil change. When I decided to go with quote on replacing my A.C. Brooke actually ask me to hold the line so she could call to see if parts were available .That has never happened before to me, I usually have to wait and wait for another call back ! The parts were available and Brooke told me my vehicle would be ready for pick up same day ! I got another call way earlier than I had expected that my vehicle was ready for pick up ! Adam W. Was my technician and was so completely thoroughly and amazing as well !! I received a packet/ checklist of everything that was checked on my vehicle down to the tread of my tires. MOST OF ALL THE HONESTY OF BROOKE AND ADAM THE TECH. WAS STELLAR. some items I was ready to replace were put to check again on my next visit ! I could go on but out of room to write much more ! I am a retail manager and this visit was hands down the best service I have ever received anywhere !! Amazing job guys !! We will be back ! Brooke is a gem ! I hope Brooke and Adam will get the recognition they both deserve !

Extremely happy with my experience! They were honest and knowledgable and helped me save money by only doing what was necessary and asked for. It's rare to find that in a repair shop these days. They towed my 2010 BMW, replaced the upper coolant hose and pressure checked it all for $180. This was after Pep Boys down the street wanted $995 to do this plus slip in a bunch of unnecessary stuff like rear wiper blade, license plate light, lower hose, coolant flush, etc. I asked for a new quote for just the upper hose and a coolant top off and they wanted $550 for that! They also refused to use a BMW part that cost half what the aftermarket one would cost. That's when I called Joe's and they took it from there. Stay away from Pep Boys. Go here instead.

Always a good experience going for service here. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time, though they do accept walk-in service requests also. Free WiFi, and generous customer waiting area. Everyone is friendly, and knowledgeable at what they do. I purchased my vehicle from McCluskey's, and got the extended service warrantee, so it has been a pleasure to visit them anytime it is needed. If you no longer trust your current mechanic, or service center seams to keep going up on everything besides quality, give these people a chance to show you what quality service feels like.

My 12 yr old Armada needed a alternator, or so I was told by AutoZone. Made sense, a 12 yr old vehicle needs repairs sometimes. Had it towed 2 blocks to Joe's. They suggested a diagnostic to diagnose the actual problem and I agreed. AutoZone workers are auto parts store employees not mechanics. Joe's diagnosed a bad cable end and fixed it. Cost me 20$ plus the diagnostic 150$. They covered the tow so I didn't pay for that. They could have easily told me I needed an alternator and run up a 700-800$ bill but they didn't. Please go there.

Took my car in as I felt a shake in the brakes, got excellent service from Alan, Ben and Derek. The lobby is nice with a Roku TV, coffee and even cornhole to pass the time. They had plenty of power outlets for working on computers and good high speed Internet. They did a full inspection and test drive of the brakes and found that they were all in good condition. Even though I felt a little stupid, a company that doesn't force unnecessary repairs will be getting my return business!

Its like the saying goes, when it rains it pours. I just lost a job in town and my truck breaks down not giving me a chance to get out and get to interviews. I needed a shop that could get my truck in for service quickly so I could get back to working again. Well that was certainly JOE'S Car and Truck repair. Other shops told me it could be up to 3, 4 weeks before even getting a chance to look at my truck. JOHN MILES, one of the techs replaced my trucks shifter cable and did all the fine adjustments to give me all of my gears back, not just the 3 it picked and chose before the repair. After driving the vehicle for a couple days now im ecstatic that I used this shop. No small issues popped up down the road at all like some times can happen with older vehicles. My truck is 25 years old with almost 300,000 miles on it. And a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU goes to ALAN M the very nice gentleman at the front desk when I dropped my truck off. He knew I was in a very bad spot financially when all of this happened. If he didn't do all that he did to help me with the price of the repairs due to my situation, I honestly don't know where I would be at right now. THANK YOU EVERYONE. Very professional shop, awesome work at a super fair price. They literally left my truck cleaner inside than when I bought it. Great job!

On Monday night my car decided to stop working in the middle of N. Academy. I was able to get it pushed into the Big Lots parking lot, and get my kids safely home. No idea what I was going to do, or how I was going to get it done, I felt very helpless. I ended up stopping into Joe's to the next morning to get an idea of what the cost would be. My first interaction was with Bryce at the counter. I told him what had happened and asked if he knew how I could get my car there, and he said they gave free towing if I use their shop to do whatever work needed to be done. Bryce then immediately put my car on their schedule for that same day. I scheduled the tow with Bryce instruction and had my car brought to the shop around 1:45pm. He was very thorough, explained the next steps clearly and I returned to work. Bryce called me around 5 to give me the breakdown on what needed to happen and what it would cost, there was no up-selling or over charging, which tends to happen when you're a female needing mechanical work, I gave the ok for the work. Around 10:30am on Wednesday Bryce called to tell me my car was done. No lengthy car stay, no crazy expensive charges, no suggested services that weren't needed. Just superior, quality service from knowledgeable people. Thank you Bryce for working with me and for being so transparent. I will be recommending this shop at every opportunity.

Wanted to give a review to Kevin who installed, welded and took his time to put some rock sliders on my 4Runner. I've been to these guys several times, for a few oil changes and a couple repairs. The most recent repair I was in for (Valve Cover Gaskets) was far less expensive than another reputable shop, including a very reasonable warranty and a bit of additional help that I had requested. I think some people who would leave poor reviews should consider the amount of time it takes to do a job, cost of parts and the value of letting a professional with an equipped shop take care of your car. My 2002 Buick LeSabre was loosing coolant, unfortunately GM decided to run the water jacket right next to the intake manifold which can lead to major engine problems if coolant gets into the intake. The whole intake assembly had to be taken apart and gaskets replaced. Allen at Joe's quoted a fair price and at checkout there were no surprises. These guys have a high rating for a reason; friendly, , knowledgeable staff, fair price and very concerned that you are a satisfied customer. I first came here in early 2016 when I moved to Colorado Springs. I wanted to make sure my 2006 PT Cruiser was in good condition for the change in climate, altitude, etc. I've never used anyplace else since then! Both Angela and Alan are very helpful! They explain what the problem is and the options for addressing it. Today, my car had a dead battery and once I had AAA come get the car started, the first person I called was Alan. He got me right in and not only evaluated the battery but the charging system as well. The fact that I can call and they can get me into the schedule on such short notice is one of many reasons why I will always bring my car to Joe's!

Found these guys on a pre buy inspection on a used diesel. First one had about $2K in issues, saved me a bunch. Second one turned out good, which they threw in on the house. Been servicing my diesel for about 2 years now. Finding a good diesel mechanic is hard and these guys want do you wrong. 10 Oct 2017 update... So, about 10 minutes after writing the above review, the manager walked in and said can come out a look at your truck. One of the workers had accidentally side swiped the panel on the right rear corner of the truck. The manager said they would have there guy fix it, only issue I was leaving the next morning for a PCS out of state with a hard report date. They said, no issue, we will get it covered out of state. Took a while to set up a local body shop that would work with these guys, but just picked up my truck that looks as good as new after at $2.5K repair bill. Their guy goofed, but they made it right despite hurting there bottom line. That's hard to find these days. If we're ever assigned back to Colorado Springs, they've earned my business.

Completely Satisfied! I needed to get my mini van checked out and due to the fact I've been screwed by deals so many times I tried this place out. First off they said it would only be $100 for a diagnostic test on the van. That was $50 cheaper than the dealer quoted me. After checking it out they said "Hey, let us fix it for you and we'll waive the cost of the diagnostic test." They proceeded to tell me the fix was simple and they'd feel bad for charging me for the test. I couldn't believe the honesty from them I was happy to let them fix it. More shops need to be like this place!

I walked in on Christmas Eve to fix a tail light on my Durango and they completely replaced the rear hatch assembly (which was cracked) in less than an hour for only $30 (I supplied the part). Rick thought the problem through with me and then he researched certain items. He determined that those items were not the problem and offered to have a mechanic check my fuses. Lo and behold, we found one interior equipment fuse that was blown and replacing that fuse solved all the problems. Rick's extra thoughtfulness sent me on my way at no extra cost and with all problems solved.

I took my vehicle to get work done at Joe's Car and Truck Repair. The tech, Mike, was very knowledgeable and their prices were competitive. My vehicle had a problem that three other shops including a dealership could not figure out. I dropped it off at 8:00 A.M and within an hour i got a phone call stating they found the problem, it was a simple fix, and would only cost me about $100. The other shops said that it could be up to $3000 and even then they could not grantee it would fix the issue. I highly recommend this shop. Be sure to ask for Mike.

Andrew and the team just helped me out so much. i pulled up with my grandmother to get my left side windshield wiper fixed because it didn't work at all. before we even entered, tony working the desk came outside to help us out. he took a look and then did research on the issue to see if he could save us a $200 diagnostic. it ended up being a loose bolt, which andrew came and tightened immediately. problem solved, and they didn't charge us! super friendly, and such a big help. will definitely bring my business here in the future, as i've had issues with dishonest mechanics in the past. just pure kindness and helpfulness!
